As a shop owner in Germany, I feel obligated to share my incredibly frustrating experience with Toanoi Jewelry in the hope that others will avoid the same fate.

Initially, when I placed an order, their customer service was friendly and helpful. However, the situation changed drastically when my order faced multiple delays. Each time, I received unacceptable excuses, and eventually, the delay stretched to over two months.

When I requested a refund due to these ongoing delays, they stopped responding entirely. After some time, they sent me a screen print claiming to show a wire transfer back to my account. Unfortunately, this turned out to be fake, and I check here never received the refund.

To make matters worse, when I tried to contact them by phone, they blocked my number. I know this because I attempted to call from a different phone number, and the call connected immediately.

I’m left with no other option but to warn others to be extremely cautious when dealing with Toanoi Jewelry. What started as a smooth interaction turned into a nightmare that’s still unresolved. Please learn from my experience and think twice before doing business with them.
